1. Introduction

 

Welcome to Ash Allure Beauty. By booking an appointment and using our salon services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

2.  Booking Appointments 

 

a. Appointment Confirmation: All appointments are subject to availability. We will send you a confirmation email or SMS once your appointment is scheduled.

 

b. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may change. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. *please read the cancelation policy*

 

c. Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten your appointment to stay on schedule.

 

3. Salon Services

 

a. Service Descriptions: We provide a range of hair services. Please review our service descriptions and discuss your preferences and needs with our staff before the appointment.

 

b. Client Expectations: We strive to meet your expectations, but results may vary depending on factors like hair type and condition. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, and all services are provided "as is."

 

c. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon, and we will make every effort to address your concerns either at appointment, or by rescheduling.

 

4. Payment

 

a. Pricing: Our pricing is subject to change without notice. Please inquire about the current rates when booking your appointment. We will discuss all payment accommodations while at your appointment.

 

b. Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, afterpay *for extensions and color corrections*, and other specified payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service unless the use of afterpay.

 

c. Tips: Gratuity is appreciated but not required. If you choose to leave a tip, it can be given directly to the service provider in cash or added to your credit card payment.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

a. Health and Allergies: Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect your salon experience or the services we provide.

b. Conduct: We expect all clients to behave respectfully and considerately while in the salon. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

 

c. Children: For safety and courtesy to other clients, children must be supervised at all times and remain seated during services.

 

6. Liability

 

a. Disclaimer: We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or after your appointment, including but not limited to cuts, burns, or allergic reactions. You use our services at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated.
